attaches great importance to the privacy and the protection of personal data of visitors to the https://masflexible.com/tr website and users of the mobile application (both hereinafter referred to as the "User").

The data controller Mas Esnek Ambalaj ve Makine Anonim Şirketi (referred to as "Mas Flexible"), which takes every technical and administrative measure to comply with the provisions of the legislation to which it is subject — primarily the Constitution of the Republic of Türkiye and Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Law") — aims to explain in this Privacy Policy which personal data of Users it processes and how, how it ensures data security, and which rights Users have.

Legal Obligations: Primarily for the processing of online user data in accordance with the relevant legislation and for responding to information requests from administrative/judicial authorities, your personal data may be processed and transferred in the manner stipulated in the legislation, and retained for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose, where any provision of legislation to which our Company is subject so requires.

Resolution of Disputes: Our Company may process your personal data and share it with the relevant legal authorities in order to prove that it has carried out lawful transactions and fulfilled its legal obligations in any disputes that may arise in the future, and to ensure the resolution of such disputes.

Improvement of Services and Customer Satisfaction: Your personal data is processed in order to carry out analytical work to improve your website experience, and to evaluate your requests, complaints and suggestions so that actions increasing customer satisfaction and service quality can be taken.

  • Data processing activities carried out to fulfil our legal obligations are based on the legal ground set out in Article 5/2 (ç) of the Law.
  • Cases where personal data is processed for the resolution of disputes are based on the legal ground of the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, as set out in Article 5/2 (e) of the Law.
  • Processing activities based on the legal ground of legitimate interest.

D. METHODS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Within the scope of the services we provide at Mas Flexible, we need personal data in order to deliver complete and accurate service to our customers. Personal data is collected and processed verbally, in writing or electronically — by means such as e-mail, telephone calls and physical methods, or by the automated or non-automated methods set out in the Law — in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and other legal regulations, for the purposes of fulfilling legal and contractual obligations fully and completely within the scope of the services and business processes we provide, of carrying out and concluding business processes, and of conducting human resources and recruitment processes.

E. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

In addition, User personal data may be shared with authorised public institutions and organisations within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 8 of the Law.

Mas Flexible, which attaches great importance to the security of personal data and to compliance with the relevant legislation, shares personal data lawfully only to the extent necessary; it does not otherwise transfer it for any commercial purpose or sell it to third parties.

In addition, User personal data may be shared with authorised public institutions and organisations within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 8 of the Law. Because the hosting and content management infrastructure of our website is located on servers in the European Union (Germany/Frankfurt), personal data is transferred abroad in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article 9 of the Law.

Sharing Personal Data with Official Authorities

Mas Flexible may share personal data relating to visits to or membership of the https://masflexible.com/tr website, and traffic information such as browsing data, with public institutions and organisations legally authorised to request such information, in order to fulfil its obligations arising from the legislation to which it is subject.

F. ERASURE, DESTRUCTION AND ANONYMISATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Mas Flexible retains the personal data it processes through the https://masflexible.com/tr website for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation and/or for the period required by the purpose of processing. Upon expiry of this period, personal data is destroyed in accordance with the Law and the Regulation on the Erasure, Destruction or Anonymisation of Personal Data.

Our Company's website is intended for use by adults and the services offered are not directed at children. Children under the age of 18 require the consent of a parent or guardian to use the services offered by our Company.   • To request information if their personal data has been processed

  • To request correction of their personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
  • To request the erasure or destruction of their personal data
  • To object to an adverse outcome arising from the analysis of the processed data solely through automated systems
  • To claim compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing of their personal data

5. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

Mas Flexible may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Such changes take effect on the day the amended Privacy Policy is published.

If, as data subjects, you submit your requests regarding your rights to the company by the methods set out in Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law or in the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller", our company will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority will be charged by the Company.
