1. Purpose and Scope of the Privacy Notice

As Mas Flexible, we take measures to protect your personal data within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). We process your personal data in our capacity as "data controller", within the scope of the KVKK and the relevant legislation, for the reasons and by the methods explained below.

The Mas Flexible Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data (the "Privacy Notice") has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the KVKK, titled "Obligation of the Data Controller to Inform", in order to inform you as transparently as possible about the identity of the data controller, the method and legal grounds of collecting your personal data, the purposes for which this data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose it may be transferred, the data processing period and the rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK.

4. Data Processing Period and Retention Period

Your personal data will be processed, limited to the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, in compliance with the data processing and statute of limitation periods set out in all laws and other legislation to which Mas Flexible is subject. If the legislation changes the data processing periods, the newly determined periods will apply.

As a requirement of the purpose limitation principle, your personal data is processed only for the period required for processing under Mas Flexible practices within the scope of fulfilling the purposes explained in this Privacy Notice, and is deleted, destroyed or anonymised once these periods expire. If you would like detailed information on the retention periods of your personal data, you can contact us via the addresses in the data subject rights section, or access the retention periods through the Data Controllers Registry in which our company is registered.

5. Exercise of the Data Subject's Rights

Data subjects may exercise their rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, which governs the rights of the data subject, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by applying in writing to Pancar Organized Industrial Zone, 7th Street No:14, Torbalı – İzmir, or electronically to the kvkk@ e-mail address provided that your e-mail address is registered in the Company's systems, or by registered electronic mail to …..kep.tr.
