Which structures are most commonly used in single wet wipe packaging?
Many different structures can be used for single wet wipe packaging, in line with customers' expectations and needs. The structure is determined by many factors, from the properties of the solution used in the wet wipe to the print quality expected to convey the customer's brand and message on the packaging. For aggressive solutions in particular, we recommend using high-resistance films and aluminium structures. For cost-advantageous structures, we recommend products combining metallised and polyethylene films.
What determines print quality in paper-laminated structures?
For these products, using glossy, smooth-surfaced papers such as coated paper will improve print quality. However, optimum print quality can also be achieved using papers with different properties, such as kraft or sulphite, in line with customer expectations and needs.
